The site is located at Thornleigh and incorporates 46 industrial units. The design is the modern evolution of the industrial building and merges contemporary office space with high tech industrial space to create an innovation in business premises. The building has been constructed with a combination of tilt-up concrete and insitu concrete and integrates the use of symonite cladding, mini orb and, rendered finishes. The tapering blade columns create stimulating internal streetscapes. With framed first floor balconies, recessed ground floor balconies and recessed ground floor covered car spaces.
