President Ave, Miranda
We are excited to share some images of a project requiring the design of 9 new townhouses in Miranda. Each townhouse features exceptional design quality which appropriately responds to the location and its spatial relationship with adjoining developments. It is contextually appropriate and will afford a high level of amenity to future occupants.
The final design outcome represents a considered response to the formal Pre-DA discussions with Council having regard to the applicable planning regime. It has been designed with consideration to the constraints of a sloping site, the longer boundary to the East and West directions and in retaining the significant trees.
