Killeaton St, St Ives

The Gelder team have been working on a modern row of townhouses, with basement car parking, in St Ives. This project has recently been DA approved, and we have received a set of final conceptual renders, which will be used as marketing artwork for this development. Our Killeaton St project features 30 modern townhouses, spaced out over three levels, with generous balconies, and unique common spaces to help build a greater sense of community.
