Booth St, Annandale
The development is located in Annandale in the Inner West and the design incorporates the conversion of the existing Kodak building into a mixed use development comprising of 44 residential apartments with retail shops on the ground floor. A large hole has been cut out of the existing building, providing a generous courtyard, improved solar access and increasing the articulation of the building. The building incorporates incisions, balconies openings along the external walls to achieve a much more stimulating building envelope.
