The site is located at Newington and the original development incorporated 54 industrial units. The design combines office and industrial space and presents with a slick, high tech finish. The building has been constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and integrates the use of split face block-work, curtain glazing wall and mini orb to achieve a variety of textures.
